Orders are typically handled and processed within 1 business day. Delivery time across India generally falls within 4 to 6 business days, though some customers may receive their orders earlier based on their location.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy seasons or due to unforeseen delays such as postal issues, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions. While we work diligently to meet delivery timelines, some factors are outside our control.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes, tracking details will be shared with you as soon as your order is shipped. However, delays may occur in updating tracking information due to courier or system-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
What if my order is lost in transit?
Every order is shipped with insured handling to minimize the risk of lost packages. If your parcel is delayed, held at customs, lost, or returned, we will investigate and, wherever possible, send a replacement order via priority shipping. Are there any customs fees or import taxes?
All prices listed on our website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes within India. Currently, we only offer shipping within India and accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. If we expand to international shipping in the future, duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country will be the customer’s responsibility.
