Return Process

Return Shipping:
Ship the product to the following address:

Share the parcel photo and courier slip on WhatsApp for tracking and confirmation.
Return Pickup Service
Return pickups are currently unavailable due to courier logistics. Customers are requested to self-ship the product. We will notify you once the pickup service is resumed.
Refund & Exchange Options
If your return is approved, you may choose from the following:

Store Credit:
A credit will be added to your Vastra Vibes account for future purchases.

Bank Refund:
A processing fee of ₹250 will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account.

Exchange:
An exchange can be arranged with a ₹250 processing fee. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Important Guidelines

Products must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Sarees with fall and edging or any customizations are non-returnable.

Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.

Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.
Reason for Fees on Refunds & Exchanges
Processing each order and return involves logistics and manpower. A nominal fee helps us maintain high service standards while keeping our products affordably priced.
Order Cancellations
